Vision culture means community first. Over 300 projectswho work on their ideas, support each other, network, exchange ideas and make Bremen a little more innovative every day. Divided into seven topic clusters and over 30 work areas This results in a multitude of interfaces and transfer opportunities. Added to this are our co-operation and network partners from all over the country.

Das Neele Buchholz Projekt setzt sich für Empowerment in den darstellenden Künsten durch Professionalisierung, Festanstellung, Assistenz, Vermarktung und Beratung von Menschen mit sogenannten geistigen Behinderungen ein.
Tobias Ehn advises on automation technology, digitalisation, machine learning and sensor and measurement technology in water treatment. He plans measurement and control technology for water treatment and other process plants, condition monitoring and environmental monitoring systems and their analysis tools. Thomas also programmes, administers and configures PLCs (Siemens S7, WAGO, B&R and other IEC-based systems), IIoT applications, remote maintenance systems and remote control.
Die Ozeane sind die Grundlage des Lebens auf unserem Planeten, sie bieten uns Nahrung, Rohstoffe und Energie, sind ein Ort für Erholung und gleichzeitig Transportweg. Ocean Limited ist ein Brett- und Rollenspiel über den Ozean für Schulklassen und Umweltbildungsgruppen. Die SpielerInnen übernehmen die Rollen von Meeresnutzernund -akteuren, verhandeln ihre Interessen und finden gemeinsam nachhaltige Nutzungsstrategien.
Elena Sanchez Martin hat einen ganzen "Werkzeugkoffer" voller kreativer, körperorientierter Methoden dabei. Die Hauptrolle spielen Bewegung und Tan.
Kathrin Stürmer ist Handwerksfotografin und Videografin aus Bremen.Sie arbeitet mit einem dokumentarischen Blick, stellt viele Fragen und interessiert sich für die Geschichten hinter der Arbeit.Nerdig, was Details angeht, und leidenschaftlich im Zuhören, begleitet sie Handwerksbetriebe, KMU und Selbstständige mit einer klaren Bildsprache – vor Ort, mitten im Prozess. We offer seminars on career orientation and life planning for young adults and people in transition to retirement.
My project combines art and therapy with empathy. Through creative workshops and art therapy approaches, I support people in developing their creativity and releasing inner blockages. I am particularly keen to encourage others to go their own way - whether in art, life or self-employment.
