Neighbourhood mushrooms

Ronny baut unterschiedliche Speisepilze (vorallem Shitake und Seitlinge) auf Substraten wie Kaffeesatz und Altpapier an. Dabei ist ihm die Nutzung von örtlich verfügbaren Substraten sehr wichtig. Um Kunststoffverpackungen einzusparen, nutzt er leere Kunststoffeimer aus der Gastronomie. Nebenbei versucht er die Pilzzucht in verschiedenen Gartenprojekte einfließen zulassen um Menschen Möglichkeiten aufzuzeigen, wie Mensch eigene Pilze im kleinen Maßstab anbauen können. Dafür sammelt Ronny seine Rezepte sowie Erfahrungen und teile sie mit Interessierten Menschen.

Timo Fuchs is a specialist in communication and creativity and helps organisations to solve difficult problems. To this end, he develops ideas with them in design thinking workshops and, as a former radio presenter, he is also an experienced moderator. He moderates conferences, workshops and podcasts.
