Floor & Flow – Creative Movement

Mermaid sequence

Here you will find movement classes for people who enjoy exercise. Get to know your body better and unlock new movement patterns.
You develop coordination, flexibility, proprioception and strength almost by yourself in the process. However, you also train them using locomotion techniques, stretching and perception exercises.
We develop movement patterns and sequences from the fields of floorwork, Capoeira and movement culture. Or: „By the end, you'll be able to do movements you didn't even know existed.“
The programme is an excellent complement if you practise other sports such as yoga, dance or martial arts.
Improvisations and perceptual exercises foster your creativity.
„Floorwork for all: I want to be able to offer everyone the opportunity to experience their body in a new way and push their limits. By maintaining and improving physical abilities, you promote health and well-being. For maintaining mental abilities, there is hardly anything better than learning complex movement sequences.
