OpenPV enables a shading and yield analysis for roof, façade and balcony solar systems. For the simulation we use open3D building data, terrain models and vegetation data. Tobias Ehn advises on automation technology, digitalisation, machine learning and sensor and measurement technology in water treatment. He plans measurement and control technology for water treatment and other process plants, condition monitoring and environmental monitoring systems and their analysis tools. Thomas also programmes, administers and configures PLCs (Siemens S7, WAGO, B&R and other IEC-based systems), IIoT applications, remote maintenance systems and remote control.
