With my "UMAMIBAR" bar, I am developing a savoury snack bar specifically suited for athletes and outdoor enthusiasts. It provides them with essential nutrients, proteins, and fibre during and after low-intensity activities, without containing the typical sweet taste or sugar substitutes.
My aim is not only to offer a snack that is exceptional in taste and healthy, but at the same time to make a contribution to the environment and sustainability;
The packaging is recyclable, and I want to collaborate with and support regional sports clubs and environmental protection projects.
