Ich biete das Programm Kidpower für alle Altersstufen an. In Kidpower-Workshops können Menschen lernen, wie sie sich und andere vor Gewalt schützen und wertschätzende Beziehungen zu ihren Mitmenschen aufbauen können. Schwerpunkt meiner Arbeit sind die Kinder. Ich möchte Kinder stärken, so dass sie sicher und selbstbewusst durchs Leben gehen können. Kidpower-Workshops habe ich schon in ganz Deutschland angeboten. Meine Basis ist und bleibt Bremen.

At "Meditation is a Habit", active meditations take place every day, including meditation with children from time to time.

Potter various objects that can be used in everyday life. (cups, bowls, plates etc.) These objects are sold for a donation. The proceeds will be donated to the Greek voluntary organisation "Der andere Mensch".
