Everyone is wired differently and that is a good thing!
Neurodiversity describes the natural diversity of human brains and ways of thinking. Neurological differences are therefore not deficits, but simply variants of human development. There is no single \u201eright\u201c way of thinking and learning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our educational system and the professional environment are not yet sufficiently geared towards neurodiversity. This makes learning and working sometimes difficult for neurodivergent (deviating from the norm) people. Neurodiversity includes, for example: dyslexia, dyscalculia, ADHD, autism spectrum, dyspraxia and synaesthesia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

We support people in achieving their learning goals. Through discussions and a detailed educational diagnostic assessment, specific needs are identified and a tailored therapy concept is created.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Development of educational therapy material and methods
Educational therapy exercises are generally tailored to children and young people. We develop learning materials and methods that are age-appropriate and reflect the everyday lives of adults.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Consultancy and training for companies and institutions
Recognising neurodiversity as a strength means more than just acknowledging individual talents. It requires structural openness: flexible working models, adapted learning environments and a culture that respects differences.
