Franziska Schubert studied at the Ernst Busch Academy of Dramatic Arts in Berlin and was a permanent member of the ensemble at Bremen Theatre until 2012. Since then she has worked as a freelance actress. She has made guest appearances at the Hamburg Schauspielhaus, the Oldenburg State Theatre, the Bern Theatre, the Lucerne Theatre and, of course, the Bremen Theatre. She also works in film, radio and television. So you could say that Franziska is a woman in demand. And yet she began another degree programme in 2020: social work at Bremen University of Applied Sciences. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

With her text \"In einem Haus\" won Franziska the Hamburg City Writers' Literary Scholarship.<\/a> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dear Franziska, you have already explored many places and cities both professionally and privately; you have observed and described them from different perspectives. What makes the Creative Hub special for you? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

For me, the Hub is a place that creates \"spaces of possibility\" and connects people. Without my writing space in the Hub, I wouldn't often have the opportunity to write and study in peace.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where does creativity live?<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Creativity lives on the cream of the soul, even if the cream is sour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your little book is entitled \"In a house\". Do you seem to be interested in the unusual and individual stories that take place under one roof? What opportunities and possibilities does such a framework offer?<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

If I relate the question to the Hub, then the energy of all those who work, breathe, speak and meet there creatively takes hold of you under the Hub roof. These places integrate, they are the cement of our coexistence, of our society.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Imagine you are writing a short story from\/about the Hub? What would be the title? What would the story be about? <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
