Through movement, breathing and creativity, we can create small breaks in our everyday lives. Nicole calls this: PAUSENPUNKT.

Moments when you step out of your routine and change your perspective. For this, I would like to show you small exercises from yoga, breathwork and art therapy that you can easily incorporate into your everyday life. Develop your very own strategy from the various methods to take a break from time to time and find a balance between tension and relaxation.

On the 13th of December you have the chance to take part in a wonderful guest workshop from the community! The focus of @pausenpunkt.de is on reducing stress and promoting relaxation, using various elements from yoga, breathwork and art therapy. This enables you to try out which techniques suit you. Perhaps you will rediscover old methods or find new ones that you can integrate into your everyday life. In the workshop, Nicole will give us a brief insight so that we can all experience the Christmas season in a relaxed way.
