Summer, sun, strategy: group coaching in the garden

The group coaching session on 26 July took place outdoors in the garden of the Creative HUB this time – with wonderful weather and a relaxed atmosphere. The regular group coaching sessions at Visionskultur offer founders and Project starters the opportunity to continuously work on their goals, give each other feedback, and learn from one another.

As in every meeting, the participants first presented the tasks and milestones they had set themselves last time. Together they reflected: What went well? Where were there hurdles? What learnings are we taking away?

Following this, everyone developed new, individual objectives for the coming month. The main focus was on clear priorities, realistic planning and the next concrete step in their own project development. The range of actions stretches from strategic to entirely practical steps: a website is being independently modernised, an event is in the planning stage, a clear pricing model with package prices is to be created, administrative tasks are consciously outsourced and a new website is being implemented with an agency. As diverse as the projects are – everyone is working in a targeted and focused manner to take the next step in their development. The results will then be presented at the next meeting on 6 September from 2pm to 4pm in the Creative HUB reintroduced.

Why is that valuable?

The group coaching creates commitment without pressure, helps with prioritization and regularly brings you back to the essentials. It motivates you to keep going – even when everyday life sometimes gets a bit much. And: the interaction often creates a strong sense of community. The coaching method not only promotes structure and focus, but also motivation through continuous guidance and interaction within the group.
