„Organic - anytime" is the vision of an organic grocery store for Bremen: open Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 22:00, with no staff on the sales floor, and straightforward shopping via self-service checkouts. High-quality, regional food – central, easily accessible, open to all.
At the heart of it is a solidarity-based pricing model: those who can afford it voluntarily pay a small extra amount, thereby bolstering a shared pot from which everyone benefits. Without proofs, without labels – simply with one another.
