Wir fördern Bildung, Teilhabe und Selbstbestimmung von Migrantinnen und Migranten in Bremen und leisten einen aktiven Beitrag zur nachhaltigen Entwicklung in Togo. Unser Handeln ist praxisnah, gemeinnützig und am tatsächlichen Bedarf der Menschen orientiert.

  • Soziales & Jugendhilfe: Stärkung von Kindern, Jugendlichen und Familien, Prävention von Ausgrenzung
