Konfliktmanagement für Krisensituationen in denen das Zusammenarbeiten der Beteiligten gefährdet ist: Für Projekte, Abteilungen und hierarchie-übergreifenden Auseinandersetzungen stellen wir wieder stabile Beziehungen her und bearbeiten die disfunktionalen organisatorischen oder zwischenmenschlichen Hintergründe. Dazu gehören auch Trainings im Bereich Kommunikation und Konfliktlösung sowie soziale Kompetenz mit Kooperationspartnern und im Kundenkontakt. Individuell-persönliche Unterstützung bieten wir mit unserer langjährigen Expertise im Krisen- und Werte-Coaching für neue Handlungsfähigkeit. Ein besonderes Anliegen ist uns die Integration und das Onboarding der Generation Z in das Ausbildungs- und Berufsleben: wir supervidieren und begleiten Ausbildungsgruppen und Schaffen aktive Strukturen für Organisationen junge (angehende) Fachkräfte zu integrieren und an sich zu binden.

OpenPV enables a shading and yield analysis for roof, façade and balcony solar systems. For the simulation we use open3D building data, terrain models and vegetation data.
