About Visionskultur gemeinnützige GmbH
(1) The company pursues exclusively and directly non-profit and charitable purposes within the meaning of the section "Tax-privileged purposes" of the German Fiscal Code (AO).
(2) The purpose of the company is the promotion of education, popular and vocational training, including student aid (§ 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 7 AO), the promotion of civic engagement in favour of charitable and benevolent purposes (§ 52 para. 2 sentence 1 no. 25 AO) and the selfless promotion and support of needy persons within the meaning of § 53 AO. The purpose of the company is also to raise funds for the realisation of tax-privileged purposes of another tax-privileged corporation or for the realisation of tax-privileged purposes by a corporation under public law.
(3) The purpose of the Articles of Association is realised in particular through
1. the operation of a consulting and networking centre called "Creative Hub" in Bremen, in which natural persons and corporations seeking help are advised with regard to funding opportunities, networking takes place between those seeking help and tax-privileged corporations or corporations under public law and support is provided in raising funds for the realisation of charitable, benevolent and/or ecclesiastical purposes;
2. the organisation and implementation of measures to improve public understanding of the particular problems of social sustainability, in particular in the context of public events, lectures and publications, including the promotion of such measures and institutions with comparable objectives and related advice;
3. the promotion and support of people in need through counselling and non-material support as well as the active implementation of measures aimed at improving the living conditions of these people.
