The multiplier training is aimed at Bremen clubs and organisations involved in integration work. Through the training sessions, multipliers who are themselves members of clubs are trained to support clubs and organisations in the process of professionalisation. In addition, they are to be empowered to further develop club topics independently and to actively address future challenges.
The training will take place in 5 modules. The date for the first module is set, all other dates will follow in consultation with the participants.
· Module I: Strategy - Organisational Development - Club Management
7 October 10:00 - 15:00 and 8 October 10:00 - 15:00
· Module II: Communication, conversational skills and conflict management, public relations and press work
· Module III: Inter- and Transcultural Competence, Diversity and Gender Competencies
· Module IV: Intersectional anti-discrimination work
· Module V: Self-reflection – Learning reflection
